At Hidden “K” Stables we know how to have fun with horses ... so come join us for a week of playing with and learning about our four legged friends.

Summer Camp is a week long event with drop off at 9 and pick up at 3 daily*

Throughout the week your child will learn:

• How to safely groom and tack their horse
• How to clean tack
• How to feed a horse
• Parts of the Horse
• Parts and Fitting of Tack
• How to bandage a horse
• Safely catch & turn out horses
• How to bathe a horse
• And much, much more....

Everyone will have a daily riding lesson and learn the basics of riding (such as rising trot, cantering or even jumping a course)

There will be a guided trail ride on Wednesday and on Friday there will be a small horse show to show friends and family what they have learned!

Everyone will need to bring a packed lunch daily except for on Friday when we will BBQ!

*Alternative drop off times can be arranged if needed

**All activities are weather permitting, if it is a rainy day there are plenty of alternative activities such as crafts (making a present for their horse) and horsey movies to watch..
